Horse hotel
Riding your own horse and enjoying our beautiful Twente countryside full of varied nature reserves? Of course you can at De Watermölle! The Twente Horse Riding Network consists of approx. 1,500 km of interlinked routes and bridle paths and is now also an option for riders who do not live near Haaksbergen.
A competition nearby or a visit to the Boekelo Miltary? Both you and your horse can stay overnight at De Watermölle. In the woods, opposite the Oostendorper Watermolen and right next to our Hotel and Restaurant, is a magnificent multifunctional horse complex. This horse complex includes a jumping stable, dressage stable and EU stud station. (www.watermolen.net) Your horse will want for nothing here. Of course, a nice clean stable awaits your horse or pony, grazing is unfortunately not possible but the use of the paddock can be agreed with the stable owners.

The English Mile Run will take place again on Sunday 22 March. This running event may slightly affect our accessibility between 12 and 14 hours. By car it is best to drive via Henk Pen and then follow the signs Watermölle. You can walk or cycle the usual route, but you may have to wait until the runners have passed.
