Right next to Restaurant Hotel De Watermolle - the upper terrace - is our beautifully converted Twente kapschuur. Equipped with its own bar, toilet area and private terrace that is partly covered with a lit stretch tent, it lends itself perfectly to (private) parties, meetings, pizza oven and Ofyr BBQs from 15 people (or by arrangement)

Rules for the Dutch barn:

• No loud music
• Please consider the neighbours and nature
• No alcohol abuse
• No alcohol for under-18s
• We expect everyone who comes to us to behave in a neat and decent manner; we are not the location for boisterous (stag/hen) parties, for example.
